Asunnot – Southwest Orlando

”Large 2br apartment with access to a very nice pool and other amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 good tvs, screened in balcony. Keep in mind that it is a third floor walk up and be sure to read the guides on check in, especially parking and trash.”

”Clean, comfortable and efficient.”

”Absolutely Disgusting — Do Not Stay Here! The hallways smelled like wet mildew, and my room reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches in the room and bathtub, and the towels were dirty with hair in them. After a long day, all I wanted was to relax, but this place made that impossible. I don’t know how a hotel like this is allowed to stay open. Save your money and stay somewhere else!”

”The pictures of this listing does not reflect what you are going to get. The accommodation is part of a hotel & suites, which is very very run down. The restaurant & bar are permanently closed, the market place shop is permanently closed. The reception area looked like it was being used as a transit for parcels. The communal swimming pool furniture is mouldy and only fit for the dump. The entrance to the accommodation is dated and the carpeted hallways badly needs to be replaced. The...

”Great experience!”

”Everything about this rental is perfect. The only issue we had was tha light fixtures in the living room and bedrooms are all the same and work off remotes, so if someone in bedroom 1 turns their fan off, it turns off the light in bedroom 2, and vice versa. But other than that, its a beautiful place. Had everything we needed and the communication was quick, efficient and effective. If and when we come back, we will look into staying here again.”

”The location was perfect and the room acceptable. The only reason I gave the property a lower rating is because the carpet in the entire building needs to be updated and has a slight smell to it. Also, the gazebo pictures are NOT what is there. The gazebo is completely gone and the walkway is basically destroyed with no access. For the money it was a good value though. All in all we had a great stay.”

”Super close to Universal Comfortable and clean for party of 4”

”Over all good”

”This rental was perfect for a week’s stay in Orlando. The host checked to see if we settled in nicely and was available throughout the week to answer questions. The rental was clean and exactly what was pictured and described.”

”Beautiful condo, gigantic balcony! Very, very clean! I would definitely stay there again! ”

”Apartment is everything it was advertised to be, the Hotel itself is clean and up to date. I loved the pool side bar and grille. Javier was great to deal with. I would definitely come back and stay if in Orlando”

”We had a great time from start to finish at Zen Nest! Good communication from host, convenient location, and super cute and stylish place! My kids all loved it as well. We came from a Disney resort and they were much happier here, having our own kitchen, and a little more room. We did two days of Universal (including Epic) and had a blast. It ended up being chilly so we didn’t get to swim, but they were excited for that too. ”

”Good location. Need to orient yourself to the property and then easy to get around. ”
