Hyvä hotelli
Mukava hotelli keskeisellä alueella. Hotellilta oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloita ja metroasema, joten liikkuminen oli helppoa. Huoneeseen sai vain yhden avaimen, mikä aiheutti kolmen hengen kaveriporukalle haasteita. Huoneen ulko-ovi oli vielä sellainen, ettei sitä saanut laitettua sisältä lukkoon ilman avainta tai avattua mikäli se oli lukittu ulkoa.

tunkkainen hotelli, mutta suht edullinen hinta; erittäin hyvä aamiainen ja sijainti taas loistava; meillä oli nonsmoking-huone, mutta tupakan tunkkaisuutta ei kai saa pois kuin remontoimalla

Where to start… we booked the family room which is not located in the hotel. It’s around the corner above a night club. The bathroom was newly renovated and the only thing besides the linens that were clean. The plugs aren’t secure and when I plugged in my charger, it sparked and killed my charger. The tv doesn’t work and the wifi wasn’t useful.

Sauberkeit war die reinste Katastrophe. Der Boden war dreckig bis zum geht nicht mehr, im Bad jede Ritze und Ecke mit Schimmel geschmückt und die Fenster sind alles andere aber nicht dicht! Wände sehr dünn und allgemein alles sehr Laut. Ich sollte beim Checkout 15€ bezahlen da ich angeblich gefrühstückt habe! Habe ich aber nicht! Hotelparkplatz kostet 20€ die Nacht… das ist knapp halb so viel wie ich fürs Zimmer bezahlt habe!…. Alles in allem, nicht empfehlenswert. Es sei denn man ist echt sehr knapp bei kasse (selbst dann würd ich mir lieber für die 45€ ein Zelt kaufen und im Bürgerpark schlafen).

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til i byen. Vi hadde suiten og rommet var stort, med en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenger. Det var i tillegg to sofa, tv og ett klesskap. Sengene var greie og det var rent sengetøy og håndkler. Rommet var slitt. Det var møkkete vegger og kontakter som er løse. Rommet lå ikke på hotellet, med vi måtte gå ut og rundt hjørnet til en ny inngang. Denne lå ved en nattklubb. Vi måtte opp i 3.etage uten heis som virket. Det var veldig mye støy fra nattklubben natt til lørdag og søndag. Da gikk det ikke ann å sove!! Hele rommet vibrerte av bassen og de holder på hele natten. Gav seg kl 05.45 søndags morgen. Så vi anbefaler at dere holder dere unna suiten i helgene. Dette var det ikke opplyst om. På bilder av rommet er det også bilder av en kjøkkenkrok. Den eksisterer ikke! Vi kommer ikke tilbake til dette hotellet.

Die Häfte der Lampen waren defekt. Der Fernseher funktionierte garnicht. null service... Freitag wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, das man dann wohl den Hausmeister kommen lassen müsste, der es aber während des kompletten Aufenthaltes nicht geschafft hat.

24時間対応というフロントにチェックイン時に人が誰もいない（10分ぐらい待たされた）。カーテンが壊れている、帰宅したら寒い日にも関わらず部屋の窓が開けっぱなしになっていたなど、あまり良い印象は受けなかった。

Quite disappointing
Pictures look too good than what you see when you get there. I wasn't expecting a 5* hotel, I travel quite often and seen hotel of all types. I booked a non-smoking room and it seemed there was a ventilation issue and somehow smoke and cigarette smell was coming into my room from the bathroom, probably from another smoking room upstairs. I was only there for 2 nights, but if I had stayed longer I would have asked for an room change. After some hours the bathroom smell awful and even the towels smell like cigarettes. Additionally, and although my room had the "no smoking sticker" on the mirror, there were several cigarette marks on the curtains. So definitely that had been a smoking room... The whole hotel is now in front of a construction area, so there were construction noises from early morning. Not to say that if you are so unlucky as me and get noisy and drunk people in the room door you won't be able to sleep. The walls are like paper. I think it's something the hotels should tell people in advance. Something as a small message when you are booking the room telling you that the hotel is in a construction street and there might be noise. The hotel rooms are old, but it's quite clean and nice. The rooms and mainly the bathrooms could be upgraded. I still don't understand how you can offer a queen size bed and have no sheets to cover the full bed... I woke up in the middle of the night and I was literally sleeping on the mattress. Therefore, I would not go back.

the photos are not very accurate of the actual property and were probably taken when the hotel first opened as the furniture and everything in the hotel now is a lot more tired. check in was easy enough but there was no customer service or pleasantry in it. in fact we had to wait until the staff finished their conversation before they even said hello or addressed us. found it very disappointing as well that there are building road works right outside the hotel and no one notified us.

Bedbugs! They changed my room very quickly but I was so bit up that I had to leave early. And they wouldn't refund my two remaining days even though it was their situation that caused me to leave.
