”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.

”This is a small hotel in a good location just a couple of minutes walk from the Brighton Pier. I stayed alone in a small (bigger than London small) room with a comfy bed, good shower, wall-tv and a fridge. Quite comfortable in March-April, however might get hot in the summer as there's no AC in this room.
Breakfast also available, I did not use this opportunity. Service very friendly, made you feel welcome. Price level also very reasonable: I will definitely consider staying here again if back...

”We have stayed at some of the other guesthouse hotels, which have all been excellent. I am pleased to say this hotel continues this trend. The hotel staff were exceptional and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.”
”Met by really welcoming reception staff. Our room was ready early which was a real bonus. Stayed in one of the signature suites which was lovely. Great balcony and view of the marina. Outside furniture covers could do with renewing and bathroom wasn’t very private in terms of the door left a large gap between the ceiling. Breakfast was well worth it and great choice. Overall had a thoroughly lovely time and would recommend. ”

Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere.
Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape.
Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor.
We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service.

I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night.
