”The place is clean nicely renovated yet the back up generator are not good the lights went off in 1 day 3 times lasting 6 to 8 min each time. Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay. ”

”W is a kind of action party vibe brand with music speakers and noise everywhere, even at the “quiet” pool. Not somewhere if you want tranquil relaxation. Building is a deep. V to the sea so ocean view is a side view. Non ocean view rooms look on to neighbouring vegetation. Chef is a highlight - food high standard in all restaurants though perhaps would become limited after a while. Some really great members of staff - others still learning. ”

”Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

”Nice place and good value. Some units are better under renovation which can be disruptive. Beach is beautiful but they should extend internet to beach. As soon as you leave beach bar the internet is gone. Buffet was excellent. Asian and International restaurants were good but the Italian needs improvement.”
