”Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Tulum main road.The room was small and dark, but clean. Good towels and bed linen, but there's a very unpleasant plastic sheet on the bed. Good shower with a proper water pressure - something to mention as we encountered also something opposite elsewehere!
There's a lovely roof top terrace with hammocks to enjoy sunsets and a joint kitchen.
People were very friendly and helpful. They rent bikes for the hotel guests what was very handy.”

”We had the best time staying at Elements. Hotel is brand new and there was still some little touching up going on but that didnt bother us. Rooms are big and stylish and the pool area is so cozy. The staff is the most helpful you will find, they will give you tips on restaurants, beaches, cenotes etc. The breakfast is very good and healthy. I saw some comments about the area being a little sketchy but I think thats just Mexico and if you're expecting clean sidewalks and only beautiful buildings...

”The staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot water… I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again.”

”The staff was very accommodating before and during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. There was a staff member to open the gate at night, no matter what time (even at 4 am). The location was great- many clubs, food trucks, and pharmacies nearby. The beach club access was nice too (you have to pay to enter the national park but it is free to enter the beach club with free parking and 10% off the menu with your room card). I really appreciated how the front desk always had...

”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”

”Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I...

”A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.”
