”The hotel is dated but very clean. The staff is beyond friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Parking is right there. Very good place to stay the night. ”

”Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. ”

”The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

”The owner of the property was very kind and let me enter and hour sooner than the checking time but unfortunately the room itself was in poor condition the furniture was very old and disappointing the shower had mold in it, there was no coffee or tea available and when people were walking or talking in other rooms you could here ot several times in the middle of the night I got scared and wome up because ai thought someone is in my room but was actually the voice coming from the near room. ”The rooms are a nice size and the staff are above average. The lobby has plenty of seats to lounge around in. They need to fix their sprinkler heads which are too close to the sidewalk and are a serious trip hazard which I mentioned in my last visit over a year ago. I guess they don’t mind a lawsuit. ”STAY AWAY! Shady business and disgusting conditions. This place is an absolute dump and a total scam. Upon arrival, they refused to honor my booking unless I paid a $300 CASH deposit. They wouldn't take a standard credit card hold, which is incredibly suspicious and feels like a total shakedown. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're hit with a foul, stagnant smell that tells you everything you need to know about their hygiene standards. ”Good location easy access to other areas of Markham. Hotel was not that clean, we found crumbs and cookie stains on the mattress topper on the sofa bed once we rolled it out. We requested new mattress topper and it was awkward, the guy didn’t take the dirty one away until we insisted he take it. They always only provided 3 towels even when we booked for 4 people. We requested additional and it never came. Pool water seems dirty, it’s not clear. ”
