”Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut riittävästi "kaatoa", joten se lainehti vettä suihkun jälkeen. Ei välinettä, jolla kuivata lattia. Parisänky sinänsä mukava, mutta omituisen hutera ja liian kapea. Aamiainen oli surkea: piti valita listalta keskenään hyvin eriarvoisista vaihtoehdoista, ja saattoi päätyä maksamaan 18 puntaa kahvista, mehusta, croissantista ja jugurtista. Kiva kaupunginosa ja uudehko, siksi vielä siisti hotelli. Kylppäriä ei kylläkään ollut siivottu kunnolla.”

”Majoituimme hotellissa 4 yötä ja kaikki sujui todella hyvin. Hotelli ja huone oli siisti sekä viihtyisä. Lähistöllä paljon ruokapaikkoja ja hyvä yhteys kaupungin keskustaan. Myös Heathrown lentokentälle pääsimme kätevästi suoraan uudella Elisabeth Line junayhteydellä. Alue erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen. Tunsimme olomme turvalliseksi niin päivällä kuin illalla. Yhteenvetona todella onnistunut vierailu tässä kohteessa. ”

”I've given 5 stars because the whole place is brand new and exceptional staff. However there are a few teething problems. First one is there's no plug for the sink. We asked at reception only to be told 'we don't supply plugs'. So my husband wet shaved in running water and he felt this was a waste of water. I suppose in this age it's not really environmentally friendly. We did think it was odd no plugs though!!
There are hooks in the bathroom, but nowhere near where you open the shower door, so...

Hotellin yleiskuva oli siisti, henkilökunta toivotti lämpimästi tervetulleeksi heti alussa, huone oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu, puhdas ja sänky oli erinomaisen mukava. Huoneeni sijaitsi hotellin 9.kerroksessa ja näkymä maisemaikkunoista oli erinomainen. Aamiainen oli hyvin monipuolinen. Hotelille oli helppo päästä Heathrowlta Elisabeth linella. Yleensäkin liikkuminen julkisilla hotelille ja hotellilta oli hyvin sujuvaa, julkisen liikenteen...

”We are very satisfied with the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was good to sleep on, pillows, blankets and bed linen were of high quality.
The breakfast was very rich and varied.
You can get to the heart of London by tube, the station is right next door.
Direct connection from Heathrow Airport to Canary Wharf.
The shopping and restaurant/cafes were excellent.
The restaurants in the hotel were also top notch.
The staff was great!”
