Me gustó mucho, el personal es muy amable, el lugar es bonito, se descansa muy bien. Si bien está “lejos” del centro, en realidad no es tanto, si estás acostumbrado a caminar en 20 minutos llegas. En el hotel te prestan bicicletas y así puedes llegar a cualquier lado. Yo si me volvería a elegir este lugar

Las habitaciones en general están amplias. La limpieza no fue perfecta pero nada grabé. Al no tener staff 24/7 las 2 noches escuché muchos ruidos de otros huéspedes y realmente no había a quien reportar, fuera de mandar mensajes. Es fácil entrar y salir del hotel ya que hay claves de acceso. La persona en la recepción fue muy amable. Aldea zama es un gran laberinto y tienes que prestar atención a dónde vas ya que es fácil perderse. De noche no hay alumbrado público.

My family and i love the rooms, kitchen area and access to the roof. Its was exactly as the pictures. The staff was very kind and they waited for us because we got lost and got to the hotel really late. I would definitely stay here next time. When i go with my family and friends. I really recommend.

Beautiful, clean and cool (I visited in August so this was very important). There’s no restaurant and not a lot within walking distance, that’s my only complaint.

Great stay
The place is a bit isolated which was actually quite nice because it was quiet. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchen which was very convenient! The beds are firm but still comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!

Excellent hotel, highly recommend!
Have stayed at Azul a few other times, always great experiences including this last one with the exception of some guest from Argentina or South America that were loud and noisy, children running around inside hallways and parents did not control them. It would be nicer to put signs that read to be mindful of other guest that are also staying and to keep voice down. I understand we paid , they paid but hotels needs to make sure everything is satisfied. My daughter-in-Law had a terrible migraine that hearing all that did not hel!

Superbe appartement très spacieux et très bien décoré..très bien équipé. Très propre. Nous étions 6 adultes..parfait. L’accueil est très agréable, on nous a gardé nos valises alors que nous avions rendu la chambre pour que nous puissions être tranquille toute la journée. Facile d’accès, très bien situé.

Loved the ambience customer service was excellent. The apt was clean kept and spacious and quiet and pretty lavish I would definitely recommend and would absolutely return no complaints market nearby stores nearby bicycles in the hotel and the property is just gorgeous

If this hotel had negative stars rating that’s what this hotel deserves. Completely ruined my trip from when i walked into the hotel till i left this hotel. We traveled to Tulum Mexico with another couple i booked the “luxury suite” nothing luxury at all HAHA. The other couple booked a king bedroom. As soon as we walked into the hotel when we arrived the receptionist said “are you sure you’re staying here” “it doesn’t seem like you’re the right fit for us” as he said it rudely with a look on his face. At this point i wanted to leave and book another hotel but i already paid in full so i was stuck at this point. The hotel was very outdated and dirty. The last day we were there we rented bikes and rode the bike to the ancient ruins to check it out. We double locked the bikes that the hotel provides us locks for. When we got back to the bike rack the bikes were stollen. We took a taxi back to the hotel the hotel manager named Yerald was waiting outside for us and was extremely rude and yelling saying “where are my bikes” “you need to pay me for the bikes” before i even said anything i thought this was weird like he already knew “what happened” HAHA. I told him bikes were stollen” he said “I don’t care about your sob story you pay me 1500$ US dollars or I’m calling the police and you’re going to jail”. Literally didn’t give me a chance to explain what happened just yelled and threatened us. This hotel was extremely disappointing an ruined our trip. This place should be shutdown!!

The hotel is clean, neat. Hot shower. There is a pharmacy, breakfast place, and a two other restaurant 5 minute walk from the hotel. The location is 5 minute taxi drive to downtown tulum and 28 minute walk. I was traveling solo and was able to walk outside the area during daytime. There are a few cenote about 20 minute drive away from the hotel, and there is also coco tulum beach 15-20 min drive. Overall I had a good experience staying here, there were a small bump with the toilet the first night but this was solved the next morning.

Beautiful roof top pool area, clean and spacious rooms, great staff. The place was very peaceful and staff super helpful. Not a lot to do in the area but lots of restaurants and fun night life about a 30 minute walk away. They also offer bikes, you will need some transportation to get to the beach. No food options. Hermosa piscina, tranquilo, cuartos amplios y limpios, y sobre todo el personal muy amable y servicial. No hay mucho que hacer en el area pero muchos restaurantes a 30 minutos caminando. La playa está retirada, se necesita taxi o las bicicletas que renta el hotel. No hay servicio de comida.
