We usually inform the guests about the features of the rooms in advance, so we can find a suitable room for each guest. We're sorry if you weren't informed about all the rooms’ features.Also, we are sorry that the windows in the rooms are not designed to be opened. To ensure the health and safety measures are complied with in all our hotels, the windows must be kept closed and I apologise if you were not well informed about this.
