We are also sorry to have read your considerations, bearing in mind that we do not know which room you have had, but we can assure you that all the rooms are regularly sanitized and probably the smell that you say you have heard in the room, in fact it came from the outside and being a city on water in the summer can create some 'problem'. But what we regret most is that you did not present your problem at the reception and maybe we could find a solution .... unfortunately in retrospect we do not have the possibility to solve or help in any way.
