”Great place to stay if your going to Huntington Beach. Close to the beach and anything else your looking to do. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.”

”Nice place for a couple to stay. Short distance from the beach, unit was clean and had all the necessities and then some. Walking distance from both piers. Garage is small and a sedan won't fit. (Car rental companies fault, not the hosts.) Just noting as street parking can add up, so make sure you get a true compact if you want to avoid the hassle. ”

”Tasteful apartment, quiet street (alley), great location. Management team very responsive. IE, only issue first night was neighbor's barking (& crying) dog from about 9pm until 3am. Management/owners were able to speak with neighbor the next day and barking at night stopped. Would return when in Long Beach again.”

”We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!”

”The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is...
