”Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. ”

”My first impressions were very positive as the hotel is in a great location in Maidenhead and only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and eateries both chain and independent. The parking area is quite extensive allowing more than enough room for hotel and restaurant guests. There is a stylish reception area with friendly staff who checked me in early after confirming my room was ready. The room was artisticly decorated especially with the bathroom area. ”This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. ”

”2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

”I had an okay stay, it was only a one night. The room was clean. The building itself is very old so that can be seen in the corridors and public spaces, and the location of the hotel is not the best as you need a cab to go basically anywhere. In total I give 3/5.”

”Friendly staff that couldn’t do enough to accommodate. I stayed while working nightshifts and they would organise to service the room outside of normal hours always checking if I needed towels tea coffee etc. I have stayed multiple times and will definitely stay again ”
