”This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. ”Loved this cottage. It was perfect for the two of us plus our puppy. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. ”Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!”

”We had a wonderful weekend stay at Peter’s VRBO on Nantucket. The home was exactly as advertised—comfortable, clean, and ideally located just a 10-minute stroll from downtown, making it easy to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. Peter was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. We especially enjoyed being able to cook meals at home and then walk into town for dessert at the Juice Bar. We're already looking forward to staying there again—highly recommended!”
