”We stayed in a two bedroom residence and it was very comfortable. The hotel is only a few blocks from the beach and it is near many restaurants and the pier where you catch the ferry to Cozumel. The rooftop pools are very nice as is the bar. Our only complaint is the tepid water temperature of the shower. ”

”Amazing stay for nature lovers! It’s absolutley beautiful here the staff and very kind and helpful! They have so many unique private accommodations that all have their own charm! They have a variety of activities for their guest such as yoga, healing ceremonies, sound bath ect… The hotel is family friendly as well. Tulum is very expensive, so be prepared to pay more for everything in général in comparaison to other places Mexico but Ikal still deserves 5 stars because the higher cost applies to...

”Fantastic staff and location. We were very impressed with everything. Thursday mornings host a market with local food and hand made clothes and jewelry. Popular dive shop on site but not much else for activities. Just a great spot to relax hang out at a free cabana or snorkel off the beach.”

”In general a good and comfortable stay, but for this price I would expect excellence. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. Breakfast was included but it was kind of lean so I was always still hungry and I had to buy more food,...
