”Staff and owner was excellent, the hostel in on super place 50 meters from the Eye. directly on the metro hub. I got place with window to inside of building, so sleeped well. Cant complain about anything. Especially staff was smiling and helped me a lot :). ”

”Budapest was quite full on this holiday weekend, but Ace Hostel approved our room request. However, when we arrived and found the address, it was a large apartment building with no indication of Ace Hostel. Another group of 3 people with a booking arrived soon after. We called the contact number and were told someone would soon come over. After waiting over 30 minutes, in the rain, no one had come, so we called again. This time, we were told to go to a nearby McDonalds where a woman would meet...

”O hostel é limpo, galera simpatica e sempre pronta a ajudar, em frente a parada de onibus e tram. Só não é bem sinalizado, é complicado identificar na primeira vez que vai. Apesar de ficar em Buda, é de fácil acesso por meio de transporte publico, que por sinal funciona muito bem.”

”there is nobody at the check-in counter when i arrived, the place is dirty and disorganized, the neighborhood seems to be a rough one. I stayed there for one hour but could not find any human being at this place to check me in even i already paid the full amount with hotels.com. I eventually fled this place late evening and waste my payment. ”
