”The hotel is a lovely place, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On the days when we stayed the unique bad things we encountered were noise guesses in the room next door, so we couldn't really rest as we expected but apart from that attention at the hotel in great! ”

”There is no check in desk. The Cambria and Bonair are run from the Bonair. I had to ring the mob no to check in. I waited quite a while before someone eventually turned up. He wanted payment even though I thought I'd paid already. It turns out I had and I'm pursuing it with my credit card company. No towel in the room and the window wouldn't shut. Checking out was just as bad. I had to just leave the key as I had a train to catch. The bar and restaurant are closed. I wasn't expecting much as it...
