”とにかく雰囲気が最高です。 カハラホテル周辺に来ただけでも雰囲気があります。ホテルの建物、ロビーもクラシックリゾートという感じで高級感があり、テンションが上がりました。 一方部屋の設備は少々古く、またアメニティに歯ブラシがない、少し掃除されてない所がありました。 歯ブラシを依頼しましたが30分たっても持ってきてくれなかった部分も気になりました。 宿泊代の高さに対し、雰囲気はありますが施設面とサービス面が今ひとつかなという感想です。”

”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”We spent 5 days in this hotel. It claims to be a five star but doesn’t live up to that. Some of the staff was extraordinary nice, while others just seemed bored of tourists. The welcoming was great despite the rainy weather. Umbrellas and sheltered vehicles were there to take care of our luggage. But there were some things missing in the room, for example schampoo and a hair dryer. We got it, but you shouldnt have to ask for elementary things like that. A hand rail was broken in the bathroom...

”Although this property is not in its prime, it is still well taken care of and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Being two adults, we stayed in the adult section of the property, but most of the hotel area catered to families and kids. Although the hotel offers several restaurants, the adults only restaurants were limited to one.”
