”Room was clean and air-condition were nice. Food was good. Staff were friendly. Pool were nice and clean. There was own kitchen for guests, it was really good and handy. Because of covernment the power was off for 8hours per day. There wasnt ability to pay with card, only with cash.”

”dans la chambre plusieurs mobilier était cassé, nous n’avions qu’un seul linge, la douche coulait et donc la salle de bain était trempée, rue très bruyantes, porte fenêtre cassée donc impossible de la fermer le soir le personnel est venu toquer à notre porte 2 fois à 22:30 pour des raisons étranges … en tant que femmes nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité ”

”Was so good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and shared areas were very clean. The hostel also hosts really fun event most days desert experiences, camel riding, ATVing, scuba diving, snorkelling, karaoke, and group dinners. ”Excellent value for price. Stayed with wife and two kids. All enjoyed. It was a fun experience. It is a hostel so keep that in mind, but clean, very friendly, and food was really tasty. Would stay there again.”

”The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city. Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc. It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting. ”

"This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area."
