”Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

”Return guests because we love it! The location in Eden island is excellent, few steps and you’re on the beach which is a huge plus for us. Apartment clean, tidy and exactly as shown - facilities in the kitchen were great, we didn’t need anything else. ”The location was several blocks away from where it is shown by VRBO on the map. So be aware of that (unless fixed by the hosts in the listing). The location was pretty good, very walkable to beach and restaurants. The apartment supplies were lacking for cooking/eating. While some stuff was provided, not everything you would expect. The overall condition of the apartment was OK, but could be cleaner and some small cosmetic things fixed. Host was fairly responsive.”

"Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli on aivan keskustassa eli hotellilta pääsi nopeasti vierailemaan eri paikoissa. Ääntä kuului jonkun verran huoneeseen ulkoa. Katolla oli kiva, lämmitetty ulkoallas. Pidimme myös hotellin ravintoloista. "

"This must be the worst of the big hotels in Nairobi. The service is slow but the staff manages to be inquisitive in all the wrong ways, ringing the bell at strange times etc. I was being called harsh in swahili (I guess I wasn’t supposed to know) when I had to correct them the room was booked for two, just like the ebookers app showed. I don’t like to complain but Nairobi is mostly a welcoming place so you can easily find a better hotel in the area."
