Loistavat näköalat!
Loistavalla paikalla oleva **** hotelli. Ruokailu on ainoa joka pikkuisen vetää alas yleisarvosanaa - mutta toisaalta niin... on sekin ihan OK, kun ottaa huomioon, että tämä on ns. Resort- hotelli, jota varmaan monet ryhmämatkatoimistotkin käyttää. Ihan hyvä ja suositeltava hotelli kaikenkaikkiaan. Huom. Kannattaa kuitenkin ottaa huone merinäköalalla.

Hyvä hotelli
Huoneen sijainti täysin auringottomaan suuntaan oli pettymys, siis ei minuuttiakaa vuorokaudessa harmitti kolmen viikon aikana useasti. Huoneen vaihtohinta täysin kohtuuton. Span ja saunaosaston remontissa olo olisi pitänyt tietää ennakolta, voi vaikuttaa hotellivalintaan. Hyvitys oli nimellinen/rajattu ja tehtiin toisarvoisista asioista. Aamupala oli kyllä melko monipuolinen, muttei vaihdellut paljoakaan, mm. puurot ja kalat puuttui kokonaan.

Rauhallinen ja mukava hotelli, loistava sijainti
Tämä hotelli kruunasi kuuden päivän rantalomamme. Hotelli oli siisti, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja mikä parasta, täällä sai olla täysin rauhassa ilman turhaa mökää. Lisäksi upea uimaranta oli vain porrasmatkan päässä. Suosittelen myös varaamaan huoneen merinäkymällä, sillä hotellista avautuva merinäköala oli aivan huikea.

Hyvä kohde sesongin ulkopuolella
Vanha, mutta suhteellisen hyvin pidetty hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Korkeasesongin aikaan ei olisi varmaan niin miellyttävä kuin nyt kun oli matalasesonki ja oli rauhallista. Parasta oli ranta. Henkilökunta oli tyypillistä hieman tylyhkön oloista Portugalilaista.

Kaunis ja rauhallinen sijainti
Majoituimme sesongin ulkopuolella. Erittäin viehättävä, tasokas ja siisti hotelli. Rauhallinen sijainti taajaman reunalla, korkealla rantatöyräällä. Upea maisema hiekkarantoineen. Ei lapsiperheitä, ystävällinen henkilökunta, runsas aamiainen ja illallis buffet.

Just returned from a lovely week at Porto Bay, our first time since pre covid. A wonderful relaxing holiday with great friendly staff and good food. If anything the food in the Italian restaurant had got even better and we ate there twice. As soon as we entered the hotel, we relaxed and had a great time. Sitting in the many cliff top areas, whether in sun or shade was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall stay was lovely, as were all the staff from reception to cleaners throughout our stay! The property was beautiful with amazing views of the sea from our room as well as the pool, lounging areas and on-site Italian restaurant & the beach linked to the hotel via the staircase was lush! It was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay also in both our room & at the poolside. Only kicker was the spa facilities were virtually fully booked out for pretty much the whole week even we went to book on the day of our arrival for later in our stay. Pool was also a bit chilly (though very refreshing in the strong heats), but speaking with friends and family staying at other hotels, this is a common theme at most hotels in the region.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The village of Olhos de Agua is beautiful. The scenery along this coastline is spectacular. Husband played golf and I joined the exercise classes at hotel which were great. All dining options good along with plenty of choice a small walk away into the town. Perfect location if u want a quieter place away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas

I would recommend this property to people that want to chill all day and sleep There isn’t much to offer other than that The indoor pool are is rubbish and you must book and pay for the steam room / sauna room Which is ridiculous As you would expect the to be free The cafe and restaurant is a rip off like your in a 5* accommodation in the London city centre Very basic food and to be honest your much better off goin out to eat as everything is very local

Minha estadia no hotel PortoBay Falésia teve desafios notáveis. A receção foi carente em informações e simpatia, e fomos surpreendidos com o aviso de encerramento para férias apenas no check-in. O quarto apresentou problemas no aquecimento, baixa pressão de água na banheira e um buraco, indicando falta de cuidado. Além disso, para um hotel de 4 estrelas, toalhas de banho e lençóis de muita baixa qualidade, ausência de roupão. Relação preço-qualidade não atendeu às expectativas. Apesar da simpatia no restaurante, comentários desnecessários afetaram a experiência. O pequeno-almoço foi agradável, mas o café deixou muito a desejar. A paisagem simplesmente bela. Bar com música ao vivo careceu de alguma qualidade, mas foi engraçado. A piscina interior estava encerrada, impedindo o usufruto de serviços mencionados no site do hotel. Restaurante qualidade insatisfatória. No meio da noite, as portas dos quartos a bater causaram desconforto e até preocupação e portanto consideramos inaceitável. O check-out foi marcado pela ausência de simpatia, não convidando a retornar. A minha avaliação geral o hotel PortoBay Falésia alinha-se a um estabelecimento de 3 estrelas não 4.

O hotel fechou no dia 7 de janeiro sendo o check-out ás 12h00 hora que terminou a sua reserva e obrigatoriedade de serviços contratados, no entanto restaurante e bar da piscina ficaram abertos até ás 18h00 bem como a piscina interior, somente o Spa encerrou ás 12h pois não tinha reservas.Melhores cumprimentos,Fernando Reis FilipeDiretor

Property very expensive for accommodations. Food was subpar and hotel in of an update. Curtains broken in our room, smelled musty, worn out carpet everywhere. Emailed several times and called about rooms together because of small children. They weren’t very helpful and seemed put out by my request. I would not recommend to anyone

Beautiful property, convenient location for exploring the Algarve, wonderful staff and really nice dining options. Highlights are access to the beach, live music in the bar every night, super comfortable beds and a nice little balcony for stepping out for some fresh air directly from your room. Based on all the lovely outdoor furniture and swimming pools, it would be a fantastic place for group gatherings. There are a few hidden decks filled with cozy seating for those who want a chill hangout to enjoy the amazing scenery. Definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.
