For the first time ever after paying for the unit, I received an email that required verification of my identity which required a photo of the front and back of my drivers license. This is an difficult process requiring me to take a picture of my license and send it in which had to be attempted several times. After doing that I received an email back saying without any explanation, that the verification failed and therefore my reservation would be cancelled. I therefore, had to call the phone number provided and talk to a representative who told me that the only problem was that they needed a physical address which was never asked for as part of the verification process. All this occurred while we were driving to Anchorage in -5 below. Were we suppose to spend the night in there cold after you canceled my reservation? You already obtained verification of my identity when you took my credit card information and should not have taken my money if you were going to require another verification. I’m sure I would have had to fight with your company to get my money back if you had succeeded in canceling the reservation. This is an extremely annoying inconvenience and I will not be using your company for future lodging.
