”Everything was as you would expect. The club… is it worth it? Just about, but we didn’t eat there for dinner - no atmosphere. Things to be improved: 1. Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day. 2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water. ”

”Staff is perfect, service is great! Properly amazing. Amenities - more restaurants would be better. Otherwise, is perfect for couples and quiet relaxing stay. ”

”The resort was good. Room was nice too. The food was really good. Restaurants like dragons, sea salt grill, market cafe was amazing. For the pools, you need to be up early to secure your spot. Else you won’t find it. The washrooms need near the pool stinks and soap was horrible which sticks to the hands. And the tables are not cleaned by the pool chairs. And dirty by next morning you come in. These little things add on which can make it better. But pools are well maintained. Overall really good....

” Check-in and check-out were handled very slowly. The service showed zero professionalism and was highly inefficient. There was only one group ahead of me, yet I had to wait 30 minutes to be attended to.”

Am Abend kann man zw. 4 Restaurants auswählen, kleine und feine Speisekarte, tolles Essen und Service. Jeden Tag bietet das Animationsteam unterschiedliche Kurse (z.B. Floating, Yoga, soundhealing, Salsa Tanzkurse), auch das Abendprogramm kann sich sehen lassen. Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, ist von einem Golfplatz...

”Rooms are amazing. Pool is amazing. Most of the staff is good too. Food for Vegetarians is average. Nothing wows you. Even the basic italian stuff is not done correctly, the pizza is a disappointment considering how easy it can be. They really need to work on the quality of their desserts too. Its plain mediocre. A fellow meat eater couple resonated with us as well. Spa is decent. Its a decent place if not paying high season rates ”

”Disappointing experience overall. Customer service is poor, especially for paying extra for the Enclave. Multiple room requests were never fulfilled, and housekeeping sucks. Food was okay. The property layout is confusing and difficult to navigate. The only stand out feature was the spa! ”

”We had a wonderful stay! Expedia upgraded me and my family to a villa. It was 8 of us total (4 kids, 4 adults) so it was perfect! 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, full kitchen and living area. Lots of fun activities for the kids. They loved the kids club pool and the beach. Lots of food options to choose from-taco bar, sushi bar, beach food bar, fancy Italian, and of course the buffet for breakfast and dinner. So many pool options and a great size hot tub. ”El hotel está muy bonito pero pagas un all inclusive esperando que esté todo incluido y terminan prácticamente orillándote a comprar un upgrade para obtener todos los beneficios. La comida del buffet no es buena pero la de los restaurantes a la carta es muy buena. Esperaba que siendo un hotel para adultos hubiera lugares dentro del hotel que sirvieran alcohol tarde y lo los tarde que te sirven es 12:30. Faltan meseros para que atiendan el área de la alberca y en la playa ”

”In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum.”
