”We had a really nice stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun overall, with a few things that could definitely be improved. The food and drinks were honestly a highlight everything we tried was good, and the drinks were especially well made. We ate at the Pina Grill and the Brazilian steakhouse, and Pina Grill was by far the better of the two. ”We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

”It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”

”Not enough lounge chairs in beach area. Sufficient near pools but paid $200 US for 5 people for one day in addition to hotel charges. Too much when other hotels offer same amenities at no additional charge. Seemed you had to pay additional rates for amenities at this hotel. Also, very loud 12-4AM with no staff trying to quiet people down. Pyramid design also means when someone in a floor above tosses a bottle off balcony it will end up in lower floors balcony. Happened at least twice. ”
