”We were celebrating our 13th Anniversary and asked for a small gesture to be made to the room and nothing was done. I am a Gold member for Hilton, requested early check in and nothing was done. Staff was very helpful and kind! But the hotel for being a Hilton was not up to par. Food in the lobbies, sand in the elevators and the rooms were cleaned only once. ”1.Pool side seating are gone all day .You need to spend time hunting for seats.. You have to go and grape seat as soon as you arrive there? Short in seating. I lost a very Valuable prescription eye glass. I am still waiting to hear from the hotel. Yes lost and founds was informed . I hope I can receive my glass as it is $$ and need to drive with it? I am now 5 days since we are back home still waiting to hear from them?”

”We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

”It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.”

”More activity for the kids, especially along the beach. Something like Soccer volleyball didn’t include kids was 11 years old. They didn’t session for the same age. At least I was in the other resort they have more activity for the kids.”
