”We had a great time at the Hilton and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and everything was stocked. There were several restaurants and the food was good. Our favorite was La Luce and Daniel was an excellent server that took fantastic care of our party of 9. The pools were big so didn’t feel crowded and we had easy access to the beach as well. Overall, I would definitely recommended this hotel! Family friendly place to make unforgettable...

”Overall our experience at Wyndham Grand Cancun was excellent. Reading some of the reviews we were worried that we booked the wrong hotel to stay in. The staff was excellent and the food was really good. The beach did not have a lot of sargassum and was really nice. Yes the property is dated and does need some visual updates but I'm not here for the aesthetics. AC kept up and we slept nice and cool. My family enjoyed there stay and would recommend it.”

The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out.
