”Had a lovely 5 night stay . Food at the all day dinning restaurant Vela had much more flavour to it compared to the some of the speciality restaurant. The Italian restaurant La Luce has a fantastic view with a amazing sunset. The food there was also good. Housekeeping and room service does take a while but this is to be expected given the size of the property. Overall a pleasant stay.”

”Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. Pool was cleanly, lounge area was decently kept. Food was superb, I was pleasantly surprised that just about everything was delicious. This is a wonderful resort to unplug and reset. ”Our first time in Mexico was AMAZING. The resort was clean, good food and amazing staff. The only thing we’d say if that housekeeping was inconsistent, we ran out of water and body lotion and had to request more often. Otherwise it was AMAZING. Definitely recommend!”

”Overall, our stay was pleasant. The property was run efficiently, and it was sufficient for rest and relaxation trip.
The good:
- There were plenty of amenities for adults and kids-- they had a kids pool area fit for babies and younger kids, multiple pools for adults (even a quiet adult only pool), plenty of bars for drinks and the entertainment by the pool was excellent.
- They had a tennis court and a basketball court
- The rooms and environment was clean.

”We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door.
The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info.
2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it.
Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time.
Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...
