The Space:

This 32 m2 penthouse studio is located in Ilisia, a.k.a. the Hilton area, on the 5th floor of a building on Orminiou Street, a parallel of Michalakopoulou. Its large 26 m2 balcony has an unobstructed view of the Acropolis. The Megaro Moussikis Metro Station is a 7–8 minute walk away.



The space was radically renovated in a modern style and arranged so as to fulfill every requirement. It offers 1-2 people all the comforts required for a high quality stay.



The main space has a cozy sitting area created by the working fireplace opposite the leather three-seater sofa and large padded ottoman. The sleeping area consists of a double loft bed, with built-in closets, a small storage space, and shelves. The two areas are separated by a table, which can either seat two for dinner or serve as a desk.



The kitchen nook, modern in style and color, is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster and microwave oven with grill.



Apart from the front balcony, the apartment also has a secondary, long, narrow rear balcony, where one can hang laundry or take out the trash. During the summer, the large front balcony, a very comfortable green spot with an overhead awning and a dinner table seating six, is perfect for relaxing away from the heat and enjoying the view.
