”Stains on bathroom tiles, comforters, towels, walls. Dryer doesn't work, both sinks and one of the showers don't drain, lift floors are dirty, no front desk after 6 pm. Called for service was put on hold forever. No one answered. Some kitchen utensils are dirty: spoons. Water heater was caked with mineral deposits. All these amenities we couldn't use. Not asking for perfection of everything, but with so many things not working and being dirty, this stay is not pleasant. We washed two full...

”Quiet stay. Didn't like that you can see clear through lounge blinds when lights on. Vanity tapware worn out. Sgampoo/conditioner/bodywash supplied, but locked in a shelf unit & push top spouts don't reach over edge spilling/wasting product trying to get it out!”

”The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops.”
