”Spacious, two-bedroom condo, well-positioned for Sawtell's Main Beach and a five minute walk to the Main Street with its excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accomodation is well-appointed, with comfortable queen-size beds, bathroom, attractive sitting and dining area for six people. The kitchen is well-equipped, with modern appliances and laundry facilities. My only (small) grumble was the lack of serious heating - as we stayed in June, evenings could be chilly, although ...

”I had a fantastic 3 night stay and seemed to spend most of it watching the happenings on the water and enjoying the views of Dunedin city and the hills beyond from abundant windows. Appreciated the makings for breakfast in the fridge. Such a peaceful area to stay in, yet so close to Dunedin.”
