”We arrived at midnight and the property didn't provide us with alarm code. We have two small kids that travelled from Canada to Australia and had to put them to sleep with alarm blasting. That night was very stressful. Also the lock on the door was unreasonably noisy and beep constantly. The condition of the house and yard was great.”

”There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host. ”Communication was a bit poor. When we arrived we had no idea where to find the key. Tried calling, no answer so we spent 10 minutes looking by around. No one ever called back. The best could be more comfortable but they def aren’t the worst. Besides the poor communication everything else was fine. ”
