”Friendly staff”

”Staff was very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean ad it has a cozy atmosphere. Our room was silent even if were on the same floor with the second bar and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for six days an we got the change to go through the whole breakfast menu.The selection of beers from the tap was also excellent.”

”An older property but refurbished to a high standard. We chose this property as a means of visiting Edinburgh without he hassle of parking our vehicle in town. We took the bus into Edinburgh from Musselburgh. Very convenient. ”

”The property was very beautiful and this was a great home base for our week in Edinburgh. It was a bit away from the city center so we did end up taking buses and taxis more than expected. Traffic in front of the house gets quite busy around lunchtime and supper. While housekeeping provided a steady supply of tea packets and granola bars, we did have to venture out for food. I didn’t appreciate the cafe the guest house recommends but thankfully there were a lot of other options within walking...
