Only pity in the area is the beach adjacent to the hotel is not doggy friendly during the summer. ”Only a one night stay with our son and new wife to celebrate their wedding that day. Staff were amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Made use of the pool and sauna and quiet areas although had to stop using the pool for the aerobics class. Had dinner in the Upper Deck restaurant which was lovely. "Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not exceptionel."
