”Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.”

”Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.”

”We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. ”Very nice property for business trip that has a kitchen ”

”We booked a suite to take advantage of the table and chairs because we had work that needed to be done. The table was super wobbly and uneven. The couch was sunken down in the middle and one side of the king size bed was broken down. The staff was pleasant and everything was clean but our room definitely needed a refresh of furniture and lighting.”

”The studio was wonderful. It was very clean. We felt very welcome from the moment we opened the door. The little extra touches made our stay so comfy. Soft music, aroma from diffuser, chilled wine, cheese and crackers, robes, outside furniture, amazing view, fireplace, muffins, juice, water, coffee! Our little welcome sign was an added surprise. Love the bird feeder and chipmunks! Check in was effortless! I would definitely recommend this resort!”

”The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!”

”The hotel alarm system went off six times throughout the night my wife and I stayed at this Embassy Suites and we got very little sleep. I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again.”

”the rooms and hallways smelled musty. Dehumidifiers were running in the hallways. Free breakfast was very skimpy. Parking was good and lots of eateries close by.”
