After three generations of family stories, our family house reopens its doors, completely renovated after 8 months of meticulous work. This unique villa, which has seen children and grandchildren grow up, offers today an exceptional setting for your stays.

Warm and well-appointed, it includes:

- a second bedroom with two single beds;
- a third bedroom with two single beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- three bathrooms;
- a lounge to relax after a day of strolling.

Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Enjoy the beaches: Cavalaire-sur-Mer offers several beautiful beaches, including the town centre beach, the D-Day landing beach (quiet and historic) and the beach of Bonporteau, a secret cove accessible by a shaded path, ideal for relaxing by the Mediterranean.

Nautical activities: the bay offers many activities such as scuba diving (with wrecks to explore, including a submarine sunk in 1958), snorkeling, kayaking, paddling, jet-skiing, catamaran, towed buoy, and boat trips to discover the creeks and secret coves along the coast.

Hiking: the trail of Fenouillet is an easy 4.5 km hike along the sea and offers magnificent views of the Golden Islands and the typical landscapes of the Var, from the beach of Bonporteau to the house Foncin.

## Emplacement
Located between Saint-Tropez and Le Lavandou, Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a charming seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast. This town in the Var, surrounded by Cape Cavalaire and Cape Lardier, is built on a former Greek colony and owes its fame to its long sandy beach, as well as its various coves. The city also experienced its moment of glory during the Allied landing in Provence, in 1944, because it was the scene of important American military operations. Today mainly focused on tourism, the city has a certified nautical resort with many activities for all ages. It also benefits from the attraction of nearby tourist cities like Ramatuelle. The gastronomy of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and its region also seduces tourists passing through, notably with wines from the Var vineyards, honey, tapenade, or even the famous tarte tropézienne which comes from the town next door.
