”Can’t say enough about this resort. 5 stars. From its location, amenities, service teams everything was fantastic. I think my only complaint would be confusion over dinner reservations. If you are not eating at the buffet you will need guest services to make dinner reservations for you. They must be made min 24 hours before and fill up quickly. We weren’t advised this during check in. I recommend to visit guest services to make all your dinner reservations sane day as check in.”

”The resort is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. The food was good, not as many choices due to low season but well made. The beach was inundated with seaweed, but workers worked tirelessly to remove it and make it usable for guests.”

”The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

”Our stay at TRS Yucatán was good. The highlights of our stay was the service we received and the properties we enjoyed. The food was sub par especially at the restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at Helios was the best. The room was good but the AC wasn’t working well so we had to ask for a fan which they accommodated us with. Overall good experience but it was a bit pricey for what we got. I expected better quality food.”
