”We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) ”

”Chez Waffle has a pretty back lounge area with view of the water and fish swimming into the inlet. The condition of the rooms is a bit dated. The prices of food on the high side. It is extremely quiet in this gated community. If you want lots to do, you are isolated. I did diviving and day trips every day, so spend little time at the hotel (only evenings). The local busses that run between Playa an d Tulum are excellent. Very cheap! Overall, enjoyed my stay and would do this again. I recommend...

”The resort was decent , not near as good of food as we have had at others and they must water down their alcohol due to when you watch them make your drink they put lots in but the drinks are not strong and not the best tasting. Honestly it was fun but I guess you get what you pay for it was much more affordable than some we have been to in the past but the trade of is the food and the drinks were not near as good. ”

”I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!”

From getting golf carts to pick you up to follow through on requests, many areas and different people failed to deliver. We booked because las year we stayed at the Playa Mujeres property, and it didn’t live up to that. ”
