”Para nuestra familia es el lugar perfecto para pasar un fin de semana y relajarse del trabajo, es importante destacar que somos familia con niños pequeños y una de las coas más importantes es poder estar tranquilos y en paz en la playa, esta zona tiene playa perfecta para niños pequeños ! buena comida, buenos tragos. Siempre nos atienden con calidez humana y te hacen sentir como en casa.”

”Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.”

”Fantastic staff and location. We were very impressed with everything. Thursday mornings host a market with local food and hand made clothes and jewelry. Popular dive shop on site but not much else for activities. Just a great spot to relax hang out at a free cabana or snorkel off the beach.”

”Our honeymoon at Grand Palladium White Sands was better than anything we could have asked for. All of the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. David and Cielo were our personal concierges and were always there whenever we needed them. They helped us with everything from food to excursions to making sure we landed home safely. We couldn’t recommend Grand Palladium more and we are so excited to come back with our family and friends! ”

”This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. ”

”The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!”
