”This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores
It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds .
I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities .
The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment .
I ll go back again next time ”

”My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...
