”Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. ”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didn’t like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. ”

”One of the most affordable hotels in the area, good option if you don’t need luxury but want safe and comfortable room. Friendly service and spacious rooftop with 2 small pools. Location is good close to the Alterna bus station and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. One thing I didn’t like is the very simple lock in the room door and no latch inside for more security. Locks NEED to be better in a hotel! ”

”we stayed only 1 night. We got room on the ground floor, near reception. There was lots of noice at the night and could not sleep at all. You can hear the other hotel guests coming and going and dogs barking outside. If you are a good sleeper, this is maybe not a problem for you. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is nice. ”

”Good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 balconies in a quiet, nice residential area 10 minutes to downtown. Property Manager Leonardo spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. Apt needs some updating but it was perfect for my sister and me. ”Todo genial! Desde la recepción con Laura que nos atendió de maravilla, el lugar es cómodo, tiene una pequeña piscina, la habitación tenía refri, micro, una parrilla, trates, super bien! Lo único y es una cosa mínima es que la regadera no salía mucha agua y la que salía mojaba todo menos a mí, pero se soluciona fácil. ”We loved our stay. The location is perfect. Our bed was less than twenty steps to the water and we slept to the sound of the waves. It appears there is no place left as authentic as this one in the area. Gary is a great host. I can still taste the homemade guacamole and habanero sauce. I would eat it all day if I could.
