”De l’extérieure l’hotel ne parait pas comme ça. Mais jai braiment été surprise de la qualité des chambres ! Les lits et coussins incroyables ! La pression et l’eau chaude parfaite ! La clim fonctionne parfaitement. Tres tres propre ! Et une futur terrasse qui se prépare et s’annonce magnifique ! L’accueil superbe et un couple adorable ! Rapport qualités/ prix imbattables ! Je recommande a 1000% ”

”Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!”

”My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

”Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. ”

”Stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful vacation, our room was perfect the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing for an all inclusive and the kids enjoyed the kids club. Beatrice at Reception was always welcome and willing to go the extra mile. Regina our room maid always left such beautiful little touches making the kids smile and us feel very special and kitziana in the kids club was amazing with the boys. Looking forward to coming back again in the future”

”La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene lugares para comer cerca (recomiendo mucho "Que huevos" y considero que era bastante seguro. Me gustó el trato del personal, el area de la piscina, la habitación muy bonita. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que se sentia mucho un olor a cigarro en los ascensores. Les sugerería tener un fridge para que los huespedes puedan comprar bebidas :)”
