They had a great lobby with a free pool table and video games. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was well maintained.

The only issue was the sliding door to the toilet/ shower area would not close! There was an eight inch gap no matter what we tried. But it looks like they are updating the whole place. Staff were so friendly and welcoming!

The receptionist who greeted us was nothing short of amazing. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom door was stuck and it took both of us to open it, there was no remote in the room and the phone didn’t work, it did however make a loud siren noise for our first hour there. I had to use my cell to call the front desk. A guy answered and said he could bring me a remote but didn’t know what to tell me about the phone. We unplugged it and the noise stopped but there was no phone for the duration of our stay. There were a lot of kids there. There was pizza boxes on the floor in the hallway and kids running up and down the halls. I’m glad we only needed to stay one night.

Staff Excellent-Rooms needs fixed
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms need help! The bathroom light was hanging out of the ceiling, the corner between the ceiling and the wall in the bedroom had a huge crack (separated) and the molding was just laying against the wall (not attached) near the bathroom. We had a king suite and there were cigarette burns on the stools even though it’s a smoke free hotel. For the price a night, we expected more.

Noisy room
Had a room whether machinery noise kept me up at night. Only there one night and noise didn't come until nighttime so I didn't bother to ask for a new room. Fortunately, had ear plugs.

Ho hum hotel
Just a meh hotel. They were redoing the parking lot while I was there. Was pretty inconvenient and difficult to avoid the mess. Service was fine everyone was nice. Wasn’t the cleanest hotel ever. There was a service cart in the hallway for the 2+ days I was there and it had chicken bones sitting in it the whole time. One of the elevators broke on the second day.
