NO PARTIES
If you are found to be having a party or have more than the number of registered guests at the property you will be asked to leave. Please communicate to the host if you are thinking of having extra guests over during the day.

There are 5 bedrooms and a pullout couch in a separate room which can accommodate to at least 12 people. 3 King Beds, 2 Full Beds, 1 pull out Queen couch (in 2nd living room area).

KITCHEN
Fully remodeled custom-built stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, water filter, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, coffee makers, etc. Stainless steel appliances. YES we have plenty of coffee for you and your guests :)

LAUNDRY
Full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron located in the downstairs bedroom closet.

AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash can liners, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap.

Pets are allowed with a pet fee.
