Great hotel
Great hotel overall. Vety tasty breakfast, including everything from warm to gold dishes. Very good service. Clean rooms, good bed. Gym was quite small, but ok.

The hotel was ok. Good atmosphere with good and friendly personnel. The wifi connection was poor. Also during the check-out the receipt was not available due to issues with the printer. Now I need to reask for it by email.

Loistava sijainti
Hotelli oli loistavalla paikalla, eli suhteellisen rauhallisella alueella, mutta vain muutaman minuutin kävelyn päässä Kölnin katedraalista ja ostosalueesta. Huoneesta oli mainio näköala katedraalin suuntaan. Aamiainen oli mainio. Todella viihtyisä hotelli.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of the city, so be prepared to walk a little bit. Very good breakfast, although separately bought it would be expensive.

An sich ist das Pullmann gut. Allerdings sind die Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) echt ein wenig abgewohnt und steht nicht in Relation mit dem Preis. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch zu teuer. Mitarbeiter waren aber sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt insgesamt nicht für mich!

Schönes Hotel, leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen! Im Bad waren die Fugen schwarz (Schimmel?) Dies sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Preis- und Sternekategorie nicht sein.

When we went to the hotel in the evening, we thought that there was a car park, but they were renting for 30 Euros per night, really disgraceful, we didn't like it at least they had to specify the price list.

Nice, new hotel in very central location! The breakfast is awesome. Also the room has an expresso machine with different types of coffee, hot water boiler. And free mini bar inside with fruit juice, wine and water. We just love it!
