Meillä on upeat näkymät merelle ja meidän yksikkö on äskettäin uusittu, ilman määrä kasvaa! Tehokkuus on varustettu 2 queen-vuodetta, täydellinen keittiö ja uudestaan, upeat näkymät merelle omalla parvekkeella. Island Retreat on 2 paikan päällä allasta, BBQ kuoppia, tenniskentät ja lasten leikkipaikka. Herää äänet aaltojen tai ottaa rentouttava kävellä meidän hallituksen kävelee joka johtaa rannalle, merkintä oma henkilökohtainen jalka tulostaa hiekkaan. Haasta perheen ja ystävien noin urheilutoimintaan käyttämällä lentopallo, koripallo, shuffle aluksella, ja tenniskentät. Nauti ulkona grillataan meidän Cabanas sijaitsee noin allasalue ja ympäröivän syistä. Island Retreat on Easter Egg Hunt kaikille lapsille ja vanhemmat tekevät siitä ikimuistoinen. This was our 4th time staying here I believe. We have always loved it & the owners. This time was way different with the condo itself. Much more run down. Sliding glass door would barely open or shut & was so dirty you couldn't see through it as well as the balcony itself. We were told about the door handle which we understand but accidentally shut it all the way once on the balcony and couldnt get it back open. Thankfully our teen son was inside and opened it. Window was broken, wall plug by bed looks like a fire hazard as you have to be careful when unplugging it or the whole thing wants to come out of the wall. There is spray foam all around it which doesn't hold it. Spray foam all down the wall beside the frig as well. No fire alarm which we did see in the top of a kitchen cabinet later on. One of the beds that our sons slept in seemed to be almost falling apart. Headboard leans a LOT & would bang against the wall just when sitting down on it so we had to pull it out some. Bed linens were nice and clean as well as towels. Bathroom still updated nicely but just for esthetics, the plunger & toilet brush so nasty and makes it feel gross when its not. I think the cleaning people were literally there maybe 15 min. We were a little early, around 3:30 but we saw them sitting a few vehicles down just sitting there smoking. They go in with what we think is clean towels/bed linens and withing 15 min are back out and sitting in van smoking again which is why it wasn't cleaned well.
Balcony hadn't been swept in forever it looked like which i swept it so we could walk out without tracking stuff in.

Overall Nice Stay

There were only a couple of minor things that needed attention- unfortunately the patio door was broken on arrival so opening and closing the door throughout our stay was difficult..otherwise it was nicely located off the beach. The shower to rinse off from the beach was broken so we had to use a water hose. Nice location & our family of 4 enjoyed it.

Beautiful Location, Poorly Maintained Property

The location of the property was great—it’s right by the beach, and the sandy shoreline made for a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance issues. The screen door was missing entirely, which made it difficult to enjoy the breeze without letting bugs in. The toilet paper holder was broken, multiple outlet covers were either cracked or missing, dripping AC, and in some places, foam insulation was visibly coming out of the walls and outlets.Overall, the property felt neglected and not well-maintained. While the beach access was a plus, the interior condition did not meet expectations. Some basic repairs and upkeep could go a long way in improving the experience for future guests.

This great location needs attention.

We were disappointed in the amount of vacation time we had to spend in solving issues. Replacing the broken keypad for the door lock on our first day took multiple messages and our entire evening so we couldn't settle in until the second day. Lock still needs repair to adjust is function. When we first tried to use the tv on day 2, and it didn't work, messaging took up time until tv was temporarily made useable for us on the evening of day 3. The repairman said he had responding to the same issue for a previous guest. Remote needed replacing. Lastly, this light fixture missing light bulb. One outlet hanging from wall. It would be nice to have a basket in bathroom to put personal items on the one shelf under the sink so toilet brush, extra toilet paper, and guests belongings lije toiletries, hair dryer are not all together on one shelf. Chipped dishes could be replaced. Attention to detail could make this a pretty sweet spot on the beach.. Ownet,tobe replaced

Wonderful views of the gulf!

Enjoyed the view of the beach and gulf from the balcony.Close to boardwalk over the dunes so walking out to beach was very convenient. Unit clean and well equipped.

Close to the beach, great view from balcony, amenities were adequate, cool air, comfortable beds. Sliding door was hard to open, no screens on door or window, not a lot of storage for clothes, outlet near sliding door did not work, balcony porch light did not work, outlet behind bed did not have a cover, remote control to air conditioner did not match book so we didn’t know how to use it, TV too old, no streaming, not a smart TV. Other than a few minor things, we really enjoyed our stay.

Golden Girls Trip

We booked the condo on this review, however, due to an issue, the owners moved us to a different condo that was actually larger. We all loved the new condo and the amazing view from the very large balcony! A special thank you to the owners for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Very Relaxing!

It was definitely a vacation to remember, as this is a wonderful place to stay! The sunrise and ocean were breathtaking waking up to each morning. Being able to walk from the condo to the beach was the cherry on top!

Property was clean and well kept. A perfect size for two friends who don’t share a bed! Very easy access to the beach. Management should put 2 or 3 kitchen towels and a couple of pot holders in the kitchen and sheets that fit the full size bed (they seem to have queen size sheets on the full size beds)
