Old renovated farmhouse with swimming pool, perfectly set at the egde of a green hill, just a few minutes drive away from Cortona. The house is divided into 5 stylish indipendent apartments.
All the apartments have been carefully restored by the owners, Romina and Roberta, are fully air-conditioned for additional comfort, have wi-fi internet and are provided with a private outdoor area for unforgettable al-fresco dining while admiring the views of the gentle hills and vineyards (a barbeque is also available).
Outside, the large gardens are equipped with a generously sized swimming pool (12m x 6m) with sunbeds and shades: a perfect place for relaxing under the Tuscan sun or for a nice refreshing swim.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

At guests’ disposal: large garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), shared coin laundry, parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request.
A spacious common area with barbecue, kitchen and large table (up to 25 persons) is available: prices upon request.

Il Granaio is the latest addition to the property, beautifully furnished and generously sized, this apartment can sleep up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the ground floor providing direct access to the outside. Entrance is via the large open-plan kitchen with living area and sofa (with satellite TV and wi-fi internet access). There are 3 large bedrooms (one with double bed, one with a double bed + single bed and a 4-bedded room with a double and 2 single beds). An extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed provided in the lounge (free of charge). There are 2 large shower rooms as well. A private outdoor area (shaded) is available outide and furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. If required, air-conditioning is available through the apartment.
