”Calvin at check in was very nice, personable, Jealousy at the pool bar was very sweet! Hot tubs and pools were very nice. Only down side is that you have to use your room key to go through every door in the place. Would definitely stay here again!”

”The staff was very helpful. Sabrina was extremely kind on check in. I left my bathing suit by accident and they are holding it for me. The activities room is very well stocked for kids to play and create. The hot tub is exceptional and the pool is great too. The condos are roomy and family friendly. We encountered a lot or little worms coming through a not tight doorframe which was annoying and hopefully will be addressed. As with every hotel in Orlando, we've stayed at over the past four years,...

”Beautiful new property on Disney but is a Marriott Bonvoy. Was there for rundisney and everything ran (haha) smoothly. Transportation was timely and absolutely convenient. Having access to the Swan & Dolphin pools was wonderful - especially the 2 huge lap pools. The restaurants on property was good and reasonably priced. Will be back soon !!!”

” Wanted to love this because I’ve stayed there twice before and loved it. The property is due for a refresh, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchens were well stocked . My issue was really with the main pool at night. There was trash floating in two of the pools that gave it an unkept feeling but the worst was all of the pot smoking going on in the hot tub area . It was blatant. . I’m. Not interested in having my kids be around it and we decided...

”this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. ”

”Convenient location. Room layout was awkward. Closet was in the bathroom and the bathroom door blocked the closet when opened. Had to hold toilet handle down to flush. Coffee maker didn’t work properly (very watery weak coffee). TV was difficult to view due to placement on a side wall. ”

”The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect.”

”Our experience at this property was unacceptable. Room had cockroaches old furniture , unpleasent odor, no fridge. We had to cancel our stay and go find another place to stay.”

”Conditions were not good to say the least. The beds and the functioning refrigerator were ok. The conference type chairs in the room had peeling of the vinyl seating. When I asked for more washcloths I was told that they wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. There is no iron/ironing board or a hair dryer. ”
