What a most relaxing holiday we had. Service was beyond excellent and we felt so welcoming when we arrived. Staff is amazing, need to say special thanks to Aneesha and Sahill. Food is really good, we had all inclusive and it was best all inclusive that we ever had! We celebrated our anniversary and we received a complimentary suprice cake in our room. We have a celiac desiase and it was so well noticed that we felt super safe eat at the restaurants. Wish that we could stay longer.

Excellent Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two staff in particular were exceptional. Suman in Room Service, who kept our room immaculate aways, and would clean the room around OUR timings and not when he wanted to clean it. The other person was Sawjanya, who not only looked after all our needs but also those of other people during breakfast time. She would have our tea and coffee ready and knew exactly what we wanted, after the first day. She was always so calm and pleasant to everyone in the restaurant and managed to see to everyone's needs. Brilliant experience at the hotel, from the Sauna, Gym, Spa area, restaurants, beach, swimming pools and Kids club. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The food and staff were particular highlights. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. I was on all inclusive for 6 nights which meant I could eat twice in Mr Taylor’s (steakhouse), the Indian restaurant and the Farmhouse (Buffet). All were exceptional, with the Steakhouse set menu a particular treat. Just about every member of staff was helpful and courteous but special mention for Hakeem (pool/beach), Mercy, Pradeep, Jaz (Farmhouse), Kawsar (Room) and Zahra (customer relations). A lot of emphasis on using QR codes which not convinced were quite as intuitive as they could be. Would be very happy to return.

Schönes neues Hotel mit total netten Mitarbeiter. Ceylin Sportbereich und Deniz Rollerlady sind toll! Allerdings können Sie mit den vielen Turisten (waren am 23.12-26.12 dort, alle Zimmer waren gefüllt) nicht so gut umgehen. Sie sind vorallem im Essbereich schnell überfordert, teilweise lange wartezeiten, keine Sitzplätze beim Zmorgenbüffet. Aber tolles Hotel mit Potenzial! Wir kommen wieder.

Im großen und ganzen hat es uns im Rixos Gulf Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und das Hotei sehr sauber. Essen ist super. Leider sind die meisten Gäste sehr rücksichtslos und sehr laut. Das war das einzige, das uns störte.

First the good things, the staff is great and the rooms are nice. The bad things, the food in the farmhouse is terrible. Same things are served during lunch and dinner and only Turkish and Indian food that is lukewarm. You are only allowed to the other restaurants once every third night. Limited number of free cocktails with cheap liquoer. The infinity pool has algaes which is an indication of bad quality of water. Really bad all inclusive concept.

1st class service- a perfect stay
The team at Rixos gulf are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, Faroukh in guest relations was a joy to deal with making sure all our needs were met, breakfast was run very smoothly, kids club was brilliant and interactive again the staff made it even better, I’d also like to thank Anisha, Fatima who helped resolve small issues very swiftly, I would not hesitate recommending Rixos Gulf they really know how to look after guests, a perfect stay for the family in a true 5 star setting

Sehr nah am Flughafen und zentral gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Service. Die besten Gerichte die wir in einem Hotel gegessen haben. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. Staff from valet to receptionist were nice. The breakfast at farmhouse was good. Nice variety of different cuisine. Egg station to order your favourite eggs. Staff were very friendly. The in house restaurant and lobby cafe were very expensive. The food quality at Rasa was not good. Service was poor too. The location is great, and only short drive away from most lication. I would advice to eat elsewhere. The hold apparently stays for 14 days So if you are on limited budget your money is on hold for up to 14 days.

Rixos! Its know is amazing hotel. Unfortunatlly, they have summer kids club and they wasn't mentioned while booking the hotel. It was very crowded with many kids over all hotel areas which I wasnt expect. Pools full with kids which apply some condition in Bar and resturants.

Good, but not quite there yet
Positives: the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The activities staff were great, fun and engaging. Room was great and cleaned daily. More than enough sun loungers, hotel provides towels and the spa is really nice. Things to note: we have stayed in Rixos hotels before, this one does not feel that it is quite there yet. Restaurant food lacked variety from day to day. It was however good. The two restaurants that were part of the all inclusive (Rasa and Mr Tailor) were okay but nothing to write home about. Small portions, limited choices. There was no evening entertainment, no where to enjoy the evenings. There was one small bar in a makeshift van at the end of the resort near the kids club which didn’t remain open past midnight. If you wanted to take drinks to your room you couldn’t as security didn’t allow it. The other big thing for us, was the amount of children. We know this is not an adult only hotel however, from the marketing we assumed that we would have a high end, luxury, all inclusive experience. This did not happen throughout the day and evenings with the amount of running, screaming, shouting children. I’m not sure what the solutions are to resolve this but had we known that this hotel caters primarily for large families, we would have chosen a different hotel in Doha. To conclude, this is not a terrible hotel. But it did not meet the expectations we expect from the Rixos brand.
