We are sorry to learn that you was not happy about the location despite that most of our guest appreciated the location but certainly everyone has a different desires . we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience we have caused by changing the room upon check-in as we had decided to upgraded your reservation for a suite room and it was refreshed up prior to your arrival but sill you did not like the smoke smell then immediately we have changed the room however we have updated your profile for non-smoking room is preferred and once again sorry for that. hopefully this will not marred overall your experience and we will have the pleasure to welcome you back where everyone will do their utmost to make your stay more memorable and enjoyable.
