”I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated....

”Our chosen property is a fun stay that we have been doing for decades. These small condos have been redone, and are much nicer than in the past. We had issues with TVs not working, toilet stoppage and AC upon arrival. We arrived after midnight but our son had turned on the AC for us. Parking is a problem since the on-sight lot and parking across the street were full. My husband parked across the street at unrelated business, so we had to move the car early AM. Our AC in the bedroom was always...

”Maisema oli mahtava ja parveke oli paras paikka huoneesta. Hotelli oli saanut varmaan vettä myrskyissä koska huoneessa oli selvästi merkkejä kosteudesta ja haisi homeelle. Vedenpaine oli onneton ja suihku oli vaikea käyttää. Uima-allas ei ollut käytössä ja remonttia tehtiin monessa paikkaa. Kova hinta vain upeasta maisemasta.”
