Our cosy en-suite rooms provide everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including free Wi-Fi. Located in the centre of Edinburgh in a traditional Victorian townhouse, directly across from Haymarket Train Station and only a 20 minute walk from Princes Street. The famous Old Town, The Royal Mile and The Water of Leith are easily reached by foot or a short bus ride away.



The Space:

We have various room types in the hotel which are all elegantly decorated deep blue and yellow, providing guests with the perfect comfort.



Our family room is beautifully decorated throughout the bright and spacious space. This room provides guests with the perfect comfort for their stay. The room has a double bed, a twin bed, a private bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, kettle, and fridge to suit your needs.



Coffee machine available in the coffee lounge.



Free toiletries, towels, and linen are provided in all rooms.



There is no reception as the hotel uses a very easy self-check-in and check-out system. You also have access to our communal area, with seating and free coffee for you to enjoy.



The kitchen and garden area is unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire room.

Getting Around:

There is no parking on site. The train station is a 1-minute walk from the Hotel where there is a taxi rank outside.



The city centre and various city attractions are all within a 20-30 minute walking distance of the Hotel.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: As our property does not have a 24-hour reception, we are unfortunately unable to offer luggage storage before check-in. However, guests can use Radical Storage, which provides secure and insured luggage storage locations throughout Edinburgh.



Please note that there is ongoing extensive road work outside the hotel, so a disruptive noise is possible during your stay. JOIVY apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
