York Place Residence

Tämä on fantastinen, ylellinen huoneisto nukkuu kuusi vierasta kolme makuuhuonetta, ja se sijaitsee aivan keskustassa. Lähialue, New Town, on täynnä ravintoloita, baareja ja ostosmahdollisuuksia, ja Vanhakaupunki on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Olohuone on avoin suunnitelma, jossa on takka ja asiantuntevasti kalustettu. Kaapeli-tv, DVD-soitin, DVD-levyjä, CD / radio-soitin ja WiFi ovat käytettävissä asiakkaiden käytössä. Viereisessä keittiössä on kaikki mukavuudet, aamiaisbaari ja kaiteellinen ruokailutila. Kolme kahden hengen huonetta kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone joko suihku tai kylpyamme, king size-vuoteet ja runsaasti säilytystilaa.

Tapaa ja tervehdyspalvelu tarjotaan, jolloin sinut täyttyy kiinteistössä avainten mukana ja näytetään omaisuus. Järjestä saapumisesi kiinteistönhoitajalle.

Huoneiston sisäänkäynti on klo 16.00 alkaen; Huomaa kuitenkin, että saapumiset klo 21.00 jälkeen aiheuttavat myöhästymismaksun, joka on 30 € maksamatta tuntia. Aikaisempi maahantulo voidaan ehkä järjestää, mutta riippuu siitä, onko kyseisestä päivästä lähteminen valitsemasi huoneistossa. Tämä voidaan vahvistaa 48 tunnin kuluessa saapumisesta. Jos saavut saapumispäivänä klo 16.00 mennessä, on aina syytä ottaa yhteyttä kiinteistönomistajaan, koska he pyrkivät aina antamaan sinulle pääsyn mahdollisimman pian. Saatat ehkä saapua varhain ja jättää matkatavarat ja tulla takaisin, mutta tämä ei ole taattu.

Viimeinen lähtöaika on klo 11.00, mutta takuu on myöhäisempi (klo 20.00 asti) voidaan järjestää 50%: n päiväpalkkion maksamisesta kyseisenä päivänä. Huomioithan kuitenkin, että varaus ei ole voimassa päivä.

200 € palauteta vahinko / vakuus on maksettava 7 päivää ennen saapumista ja palautetaan lähdön jälkeen.

Kaikki kiinteistöt ovat ehdottomasti savuttomia, eivätkä hyväksy kyyhkynen / vauvojen / puolueiden ryhmät. Vähintään yksi vieras on yli 25-vuotias.

Järjestä saapumisaikansi vähintään 24 tuntia ennen saapumista.

Check in on klo 16, ja check out on ennen 11am.

Huomaa, että saapumiset klo 21.00 jälkeen aiheuttavat myöhästymismaksun, joka on 30 € maksamattomia tunteja.

The apartment was in the perfect location. Clean, spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to all! The wash machine/dryer combo was a little difficult for us to understand to use dryer. Otherwise the apartment was wonderful!

Great place!

We really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location…we walked everywhere…to the sites, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and TP. We were 3 couples and appreciated all 3 bedrooms having an en suite.

Great Apt

Great location, lots of room

Our stay was great! The location is ideal and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms! We enjoyed the use of the laundry in the kitchen but the dryer would not work for us. We ran it multiple times and clothes were still damp. Only other issue was the bath tub drain stopper in the master was not functioning. Otherwise the property was great! Definitely happy we booked it and stayed.

Spacious Stay

The apartment provided all that 6 adults needed. Bedrooms were large and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were most welcome. The lounge area was quite large and comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. Plenty of light from the large windows/doors despite it being a basement apartment. Our manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was excellent. A short walk to the bus station and city center. I would only suggest more than one dish towel and a manual for the washer/dryer.

This apartment was in an excellent location with everything you need! Located so close to the bus station for our daily excursions, it was so easy and convenient for our group of 6. Lots of pubs, restaurants and grocery nearby and only a few blocks from Waverly Station, we didn’t have to walk a million miles to get anywhere. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!! It made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Appartamento molto comodo, accogliente, spazioso e dotato di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e suppellettile. Host molto cortese e disponibile. Zona molto comoda e vicina a i principali siti di interesse di Edimburgo. Uniche note da segnalare: il cortile antistante l'ingresso ha molto bisogno di essere pulito, per ragioni igieniche sarebbe preferibile limitare la presenza di moquette e tappeti a pelo molto alto e quando si entra in casa si sente un odore di ambiente chiuso non gradevole, pur specificando che l'appartamento è pulito. Nel complesso la valutazione è comunque positiva.

Fantastic property in a great location

What a fantastic property. As a group of three couples, the property was perfect for us, with three en-suite bathrooms and a good size living room / dining room etc. The fit and finish of the property is first class and the location is perfect for a sight seeing trip to Edinburgh. The communication with the property manager was also excellent from booking through to our stay Well worth booking

Roomy flat with great location.

This was my first time using HomeAway. They kept in touch before the trip answering questions as needed. I think a little more effort could have been made to meet us there and show us how things worked. That aside. The flat is lovely. Clean for the most part. I did see a few crumbs on kitchen floor but all else was fine.it is great for all to have their own bathroom and airport tram stops just a bit down the street. If you live in the city you won't mind the noise in the front bedrooms. I wear earplugs when I sleep so no problem there. We live in the suburbs where nature is our traffic noise. It was quite warm in the flat but our contact told us how to turn down heat. Again a quick visit would have been nice for such info. Be advised there are about 15 steps down to the flat. I specifically asked about this and was told only a few. My elderly mother wasn't able to attend but if she had as planned this would have been a hardship for her.

Pleasant stay in Edinburgh

The York Place Residence is the perfect place for a holiday getaway. The home is exactly as pictured. All 3 bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Wi-fi worked perfectly. The home was clean and well maintained. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Shops and restaurants are reachable within a few minutes walk. Also a couple of grocery markets are within a couple of blocks. All the conveniences you need for a holiday break. David met us at check in and was very responsive when needed. It was a great place to spend time in lovely Edinburgh. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic flat and great location

Very nice flat with all the amenities needed for a two night stay. Felt very comfortable here and everything was clean. Large enough for three couples and lots of luggage. Location is within walking distance to most attractions and local pubs. Check-in was fast and easy and David was quick in responding when we had a question. Pictures show exactly what apartment looks like, no surprises. Would highly recommend a stay here.
