”Not sure if this is a party hotel or what but we had an absolute horrible experience Friday night that was so bad the police had to be involved for the noise complaint next door. We weren’t offered a discount or refund for our night or anything after the police finally came after midnight to escort the person next door to us. If you have a room with a door that connects to the room next to you, you better hope and pray no one stays there otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING. And then hope there...

”Fantastic stay after our visit to Mt Rushmore! The connected waterpark was a fantastic perk that the kids absolutely loved!! Little slides in the kids section were perfect for young kiddos who may not be ready for the big slides. We will 100% stay here again on our road trips out west!!”

”Amazing 2 story older property in excellent condition with huge rooms, quality furniture and decent view. Close to most everything by car and a few walkable restaurants. Simple breakfast of oats, cereal and egg biscuit sandwiches. Downside is no elevator and terrible check in with unavailable staff followed by incompetence. Wonderful affordable place to stay!!”

”Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy.”

”Breakfast was excellent, room was very nice, staff very friendly, hot tub little gross looking with nasty band-aid floating but overall very satisfied and I would definitely stay there again. I would rate it 4.75 out of 5. Band-aid was from an irresponsible guest. ”
