”The Decor was very distracting busy pattern dark colors, not inviting in my opinion.”

”The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds.”

”Lovely views, friendly owners, great extras that made our stay boutique, such as plush towels, double sink, complimentary parking, snacks, coffee and bath toiletries. We couldn’t have been more comfortable! Thank you Steve and Cindy! ”

”My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny”

”This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.”

”I was supposed to stay for the week, I checked in and 20 minutes later checked out. Rooms are disgusting. There’s basically no lights in the rooms or the bathroom, and window is covered by a huge blanket. The AC is in the window and has what looks like mold. My phone was in SOS the entire time I was on the property, even though I tried several times to connect to the internet. Extremely dangerous. There are several notes that the hotel is not responsible for items and cash taken from your car...

”On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!”

”This place is clean, the staff is nice and the floors inside are quiet. It's nice for a short stay and it's simple, nothing flashy. The restaurant was good and the pricing was as expected for a hotel. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Hot water and the shower pressure up on the third floor was great. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The only negative thing I can say is that our room was on the northern boulevard side and the road noise in the early morning was pretty loud...

”When i checked in to my room is smelled bad and the ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling, picture provided. Then the next room had no shower head and was the last room available so i had to take it but in the morning i found a huge roach in the shower, Picture provided. House keeping needs to do much better in cleaning and checking the rooms.”
